Build a large Azek deck with black and white aluminum railings, accompanied by a gate at the top of the steps.
Soil conditioned a large lot in preparation for hydro-seeding.
Took a new construction home and shaped the yard, soil conditioned the soil to prep for new sod. Laid large 30” sod roll to which leaves a fraction of the seems compared to normal rolls.
Removed old deck. Build a new composite Azek Deck with Aluminum railings. Then poured a cement slab under the deck going to the garage.
Prepped yard for the client to install sod.
Took out old failing wall and parking pad. Correct the grade and slope, soil conditioned the yard, then installed new sod.
DekTek Oak 14’x16′ deck. Azek Hickory picture frame fastened with cortex screws and plugs. Deck corners will be at a 45. Exterior deck frame wrapped in white. Azek Black Premier railing and spindles.
Brought in Bobcat with high flow soil conditioner. Ground up the old grass and weeds to prep for new seed / sod. Final graded.
