Cut out sections of asphalt driveway that was failing. Install new concrete apron.
Brought in 70 yards of pulverized black dirt and spread out. Final grade and slope the entire yard. Install fresh cut Kentucky Blue Grass sod.

Hail damaged roof fully covered by the insurance company. Removed old roofing and sundries on the roof. New Tarpaper along with new Ice & Water. Installed upgraded Duration 30 architectural shingles. New sundries (vents, caps, etc.)
