Dug a trench across the entire back yard 18” deep. Installed fabric. Placed corrugated drain tile in trench. Covered it with river rock. Put black dirt on the top. Later coved with new sod. This is done to help with controlling where water goes that is next to a home’s foundation
Cut out Black Top section of driveway ~4′ wide Pour new Cement Apron Add Re-Rod from garage slab to new apron
Build new Deck 14’x16′ Decking will be Dek-Tek: Oak Azek used to picture frame: Hickory Azek Premier railing and spindles: Black Demo and haul out old deck
